3. Services
3.1 Service Offerings
What If provides culture transformation consulting services, including but not limited to:

3.2 Service Agreements
All services are provided pursuant to separate service agreements or statements of work. These Terms govern your use of our Website; specific services are governed by the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
3.3 Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are complimentary consultations to explore potential engagements. By booking a discovery call, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact information
Attend at the scheduled time or provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations
Engage in good faith discussions about your organisational needs
We reserve the right to decline service to any organisation at our discretion.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are free and can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice via the booking platform (Calendly) or by emailing hello@imaginewhatif.ae.
4.2 Paid Services
For paid consulting engagements:
Cancellation by Client:
More than 30 days before project start: Full refund minus any work already completed
15-30 days before project start: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before project start: No refund, but credit toward future services
After project has commenced: No refund; fees are prorated based on work completed
Cancellation by What If:
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid for services not yet rendered.
Rescheduling:
Services can be rescheduled by mutual agreement with reasonable notice.
4.3 Payment Terms
Invoices are issued separately and are not processed through the Website
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements
Typical payment terms: 50% deposit upon signing, 50% upon completion (or as otherwise specified)
Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement
Services may be paused or terminated if payment is not received per the agreed terms
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Client Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your organisation's name, project details, or any proprietary information without your express written consent.
5.2 Case Studies and Testimonials
We may request permission to use anonymised case studies or testimonials. We will always:
Seek your explicit written approval before publishing any case study
Offer to keep your organisation's name confidential if requested
Allow you to review and approve any content before publication
5.3 Your Confidentiality Obligations
Any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, or materials provided by What If (including but not limited to Gen Z Leadership Circles processes, Culture Conversation Cards designs, and program frameworks) remain the intellectual property of What If and should not be shared, reproduced, or used beyond the scope of our engagement without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Website Use
The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The Website will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The Website or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
6.2 Services
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, culture transformation involves many variables beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, What If FZE LTD shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our Website or services
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those specific services.
